About Us
RPMI was established in 1989 to provide project and construction management consulting to owners, developers and builders in two main areas: Project Management and CPM Scheduling. Our staff is professional and easy to work with. This is attested to by the fact that 60% of our projects are repeat clients.
RPMI personnel have been formally educated in construction management and have field construction experience. Our staff is supported by the latest equipment and technology in order to improve the quality and production of schedules, estimates, and other elements of project control.
Our Philosophy
One of RPMI’s key philosophies is to improve the industry by sharing the tools and knowledge learned through our almost 30 years experience. Our toolset has been curated over many years as we’ve worked from the very first steps to final handover of a project.

Kelly Woollums brings a wealth of concrete, down-to-earth constructability experience to the building and updating of detailed schedules for complex projects. With fifteen years’ experience, he knows the questions to ask. Kelly is extremely adept at working schedules to serve the Owner and Builder to the ultimate benefit of the project.
Kelly holds an AS in Architectural Drafting and a Certificate in Project Management.

Jeff Andersen has over twenty years’ experience in the construction industry both in the field and in the office which provides a solid foundation for his expertise in building, cost-loading and monthly updating of schedules.

Jeff Andersen has over twenty years’ experience in the construction industry both in the field and in the office which provides a solid foundation for his expertise in building, cost-loading and monthly updating of schedules. Trained in the ‘Ritter Method’ of aggressively applying CPM scheduling tools to their fullest performance, Jeff is adept at keeping complex construction projects on track, on time, and on budget.
